The in house seminars include people from one company, whether they belong to the same team or not.
For instance, our clients may send us their executive committee, sales teams, various managers from
throughout the business, HR teams, project managers, etc. Foundation programmeThis consists of a first seminar of 2 or 3 days, followed by two individual telephone follow-up sessions and then a second 2-day seminar. Different modules can be designed according to the strategic challenges and constraints facing the client company and in line with existing training programmes in place within the company. Advanced programmeSingle days based around a particular theme (negotiation, conflict resolution, running effective larger meetings etc.) with participants who have already been on the foundation programme. Trial programmeA session of 1, 2 or 3 days (with groups of 8 to 10 participants), often based around a current challenge facing the company, to increase awareness of the importance of dealing with other people effectively. As an option, this can be followed up with individual telephone sessions. |
