A teaching approach which is 100% operational
The 4 steps to progress
|
Step 1
We use exercises to share with participants the principles of an effective relationship. |
Step 2
We measure the gap between participants’ everyday practices and the principles identified in step 1, again via exercises. |
|
Step 3
We uncover the constants which will allow this gap to be reduced, again via exercises. |
Step 4
We give participants the opportunity for intensive practice using their own everyday business cases,
in line with the specific training objectives which we have defined with the client. |
80% of the time is spent on exercises
The exercises allow participants to acquire the reflexes – using their own style and vocabulary –
so that adoption becomes natural, immediately usable, and durable.. |
“Free-style”
In some cases, the participants themselves provide the business cases for the exercises, based on the everyday
reality of their business lives. |
“Compulsory programme”
In other cases, the client company specifies the particular business situations which they want the trainers to work
on with the participants, in addition to the “free-style” exercises.
